There may be no activity that moves a relationship from acquaintance to friendship more quickly than when you EAT and share a meal together. We eat a lot together, that is we frequently get together around food. And that’s not just because I like to cook; Jesus models this for us in his ministry. Seems like he was always eating with people, sometimes He was miraculously feeding people. If it’s good for Jesus it’s good for us too, so we eat with people.

Listen - When we LISTEN to someone, we begin to hear their heart before we speak. This simple but challenging act of putting others before ourselves is a big part of leaning into the heart of Jesus. Before we speak about Jesus we get to listen to people.
Begin with Prayer - When we PRAY we believe God hears us and cares about us and the person we are praying with. When we pray we ask God to do His will on earth as it is on heaven. Join us as we pray for the people around us. Before we start sharing Jesus or inviting people to church, lets pray.
